Shipping & Returns Policy

Your goods will be lovingly and securely packed using only vegan, animal and environmentally friendly packaging. Thank you for shopping with us, your support really makes a difference.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over £36.00.

Under £36

Shipping costs vary depending on the items being shipped:

  • Alignments Cards £1.11

  • Inspirited Aromatherapy £4.44

  • Vibe Chocolate £4.44

  • Soul Sweets £4.44

​

You will only be charged one shipping rate (the highest rate) for multiple items sent in the same order.

​

Despatch is usually 2 to 3 working days except for our Vibe Chocolate and  Soul Sweets. 

 

For Vibe Chocolate or Soul Sweets, please allow up to 10 full working days for despatch. This is because I make them in small batches or to order, and doing things heart consciously takes a little more time. Orders may also be subject to my ingredient suppliers having stock, you will be refunded in full for any items I cannot complete within 10 working days.

We ship using Royal Mail First Class or courier, delivery at the moment is around 1 to 3 days from despatch.

If you would like your order sooner email me and I will see what I can do.

We only deliver to the UK at the moment, but will include Europe and hopefully other countries soon.

Returns

Full refunds (excluding shipping costs) given for:

  • Items without best before date, returned within 30 days if unopened and in the original condition.

  • Items with best before date, returned within 7 days if unopened and in the original condition.*

  • Digital products and subscriptions, cancelled within 14 days.

  • Services or tickets cancelled 24 hours or more before appointment or event (we accept rescheduling if service or event is cancelled with less than 24 hours before appointment).**

    *We only accept returns for items with a best before date of more than 1 month (you will be notified before purchasing of dates less than a month).

    **You will receive a full refund for any services or events cancelled by us.
     

For faulty goods please email me within 7 days, or as soon as you find the fault, so we can sort our your refund as quickly as possible. Or use our contact form here.

We aim to be clear, honest and open in all our transactions. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied please email me, and we will refund (or replace if you prefer) your order.

Please allow 1 working day to receive a response. This is because I make all the products we sell and only get time to check my emails once a day.

You will need to pay for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Plan Cancellations

You can cancel or amend any of your paid plan subscriptions at any time.

​

  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of subscribing to a monthly paid plan, you will recieve a full refund via the original method you used to pay.

  • If you cancel at any time after the first 14 days of subscribing to a monthly paid plan, the automatic renewal is turned off and your plan remains active until the expiration date.
