Our vision is to live in a world where everyone is heart conscious.
To move towards this we offer heart conscious products and services and use the profits to achieve our mission.
What we offer will continue to evolve as we evolve.
To further support our mission my Soul Friends and I aim to create more heart conscious products and services, including: videos, new recipes, teas and online retreats.

We intend to create high vibe social spaces, where members create positive vibes and support each other's discovery and growth of what really matters. We call these Heart Spaces.
To begin with, these Heart Spaces will be part of Heart Conscious, we aim to transform them into one Co-operative, which will then be owned and run by its members.
By asking for a monthly Heart Space subscription, we aim to form a central fund to help finance member's new or existing ethical non-profits and heart centered spaces, as well as our own.

About Me
My name is Joanna Whitehurst.
I describe myself as an honest, introverted and highly sensitive person with autistic traits, who prefers to be in nature more than anywhere else. My deep love for life, all beings, and all things has grown as I have grown. To me we are all One, and everything deserves my respect.
What really matters to me is to 'be' who I really am, and to help others do the same.

Why I Share
I offer my experiences in awakening to heart consciousness, the tools I use to help me, the guidance and consciousness I have access to and my creativity, to support others in their own awakening.
My Connections
Connecting and conversing in consciousness with all things animate, inanimate & ethereal, is something I have always done in some way. I believe this is a natural human ability and we probably all use it as children.
This awareness has allowed me to consciously work with my Soul Friends, other souls (embodied or not), the elements, celestial beings and more.
My Journey
My life is an ongoing journey in awakening to heart consciousness, although I was not always aware of this. As I continue my journey, I discover more about how the Universe works, my place in it and who I really am.
Here I share where I have been, where I am now and where I am going.
My Commitment
My aim is to be as heart conscious as I can in all I do, including conversing with souls and receiving guidance from spirit, and I am committed to this 100%. However, everything I share comes through my own very human awareness, and my perspective is only one viewpoint of All.
My Guidance & Support
My guidance in creating what we offer comes from my Soul Friends. My support in having the confidence to share those creations, comes from Eric Rippingale. Heart Conscious only exists because of them.
My Soul Friends
When I am heart conscious, I create as one with the pure, loving, heart conscious beings in Spirit that I call my Soul Friends. These beings have the same soul frequency as I do, and we all have the intention that everything we share is of the highest love. The term 'oversoul' sum's them up well.
Together we form a 'Whole', meaning that, although we have many different awarenesses, we act as one unit.
I call them my friends because my relationship with them is like that of very close friends. It is a joy to be together, we are always there for each other and we support each other's expansion of heart consciousness.
It is my understanding that we all have Soul Friends and they guide us always. I very much appreciate that I am aware of mine.
Our Philosophy
To us there is only One Being which everything in existence is a part of. We call it All.
And so our core beliefs are that everything is as important as everything else, all points of view and experiences are valid and everyone matters.
Our Kitchen
Cleanliness
It's really important to us that our kitchen is clean and sanitised. We have the highest rating awarded for hygiene by our local council, see their report here.
Allergens
All our food has any of the known allergens it contains listed in bold in the ingredients. Allergens in our food may include: nuts, peanuts and sesame.
Our kitchen also handles: nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, sesame, celery, mustard & soya.
Some of the suppliers of our ingredients state that their products are packed in a factory that also handles: peanuts, nuts, soya, sesame, eggs, milk, mustard, celery, wheat and gluten.
Vegan, Ethical & Environmentally Friendly
All the food handled in our kitchen is vegan and we only use cleaning and food preparation products that are vegan, ethical, environmentally friendly and cruelty free.
Our only energy source is 100% green electricity, powered by Octopus Energy.
