We are all an aspect of One Being, as is everything in creation, in all levels/realms of reality, and all Universes, even those we are not aware of. I call this ‘whole’ All, and for me this includes all consciousnesses, all matter and all energy, all darkness and all light, all that is and all that is not.

I can only share my awareness, which is always evolving. For me, there is one Consciousness, connecting us all via the heart. This Consciousness is fully aware and conscious of everything, it is the source of All. It feels beyond my human comprehension, yet I also feel I know it totally. I call this highest love connection, the heart of All.

Awareness is how much we can make sense of our experience, of the information coming in through our senses. Our senses include higher senses like knowing and intuition.

To be heart conscious is to be conscious, or aware, of the consciousness, health and well being of the heart. For me, this includes all the mind, body and soul levels of the heart and all the heart centred connections that we make on the those levels.

All the products and services my Soul Friends and I share, are consciously created to help raise your vibe and/or experience heart conscious vibes. This can help you become more aware of the truth that we are all One, and have more experiences that make this a reality for you. Awareness of this oneness brings the willingness to open your heart and love all life. The start up social media we offer, Heart Space, aims to be a safe space, where members can support each other in taking care of their heart, mentally, physically and spiritually, and to become more aware of their natural heart connections. We feel it's is important because, when we become heart conscious, we instinctively know what is best for us, and what to do about it. It becomes effortless to care for the consciousness, health and wellbeing of our minds, bodies and souls. Awareness of our heart connection with our tribes, humanity and our environment, also means we naturally look after each other and our planet, without any loss for ourselves. It is our vision to live in a world where everyone is heart conscious.

Our soul is our eternal presence that is unique, timeless, always conscious and completely aware of itself and its connection to everything. It is the experiencer of our experiences and our aspect of All that evolves, by using the awareness gained from our many lives here on earth (and other places and dimensions).

This is the nature of our soul, our unique qualities and energy signatures that make up our personal aspect of All. It is the part of us that is expressed in all our lives, it is our true 'personality'.

Our soul creates or manifests an expression of our soul essence, here in the physical realm, through our heart. This can be in the form of our work, creativity, enjoyment or any other means where we feel our heart is given freedom of expression. It's our true passions and desires made real, and is always love based in intention. It is how our soul becomes tangible here on Earth.

In my understanding consciousness is a living breathing field of information that's aware of itself. We are all an aspect of this consciousness and can expand our awareness of all other aspects of consciousness.

Altering or expanding our awareness of consciousness is a way to learn more about the Universe and ourselves, and experience connectedness and new levels/realms of reality.

Your experiences of consciousness states will be unique to you and all of them are valid and important. Here are some examples of experiences which you may have; seeing colours or flashing lights, tingling in your body, sensations in your body around your chakra areas, visualisations, hearing music, sensing other realities, feeling a natural high, feeling light and expanded, feeling loving and open and knowing things you didn't know before. You can have very vivid experiences, however, the effects of expanding your consciousness are usually subtle to start with and will gradually increase with practice. You may also experience lasting changes, for example, more synchronicities begin to happen. These are moments in time when everything seems to work in perfect harmony, has meaning for you and brings benefit into your life.

For physical products: Select your amount or packaging option from the drop down, if there is one to choose from, and then either click 'add to cart or 'buy now/Apple Pay'. The 'buy now' or 'Apple Pay' button on any product page will take you straight to check out, or the 'add to cart button' will add the product to your shopping cart so you can continue to shop. For digital downloads: In the product lists, there are duplicates of the same product with different prices, scroll through all the products (you can filter by category) and choose one with the price that suit you. The product page will then open up and you can follow the same purchase instructions for physical products, above. In our What We Offer pages, choose the product from the full list in the category page and open up the further information about it. Here there are different buy buttons with different prices. Choose one that suit you, click the button and it will be added to your shopping cart. We call this method of offering choices for the same product Heart Pay. This is our way of making our Soul Guidance, Heart Spaces, Heart Conversations & Soul Creations available to all, no matter what their income is. Find out more here. For services: Use our online booking service and book an appointment. We will send you a heart pay form with secure check out afterwards. I am really passionate about using everything cruelty free. All the products we sell are not tested on animals by us, and everything I use to make them is as cruelty free as I can currently get. I always ask the suppliers of our materials for their animal testing policy if it is not already stated. However, there may be some material that are, e.g., I use Epson ink for printing (because it is pigment based, i.e., it doesn't run if it gets wet) and they claim to only test on animals if required to by law, which means in some cases they have to. As far as I am aware it is the same for all printer ink manufacturers, with the exception of some screen printer ink. I will continue searching for completely cruelty free alternatives. All our products are vegan and so is everything we use to make them, animals are sacred to us. We ask for confirmation from our suppliers that the materials we use are vegan, you can find a list of them here.

The environment is sacred to us, so all our products are as environmentally friendly as we can possibly make them. We also prefer to use recycled materials where ever possible. We make sure that: All paper, labels & card we use is 100% recycled or made from sustainable non-tree materials. We source our cafe table ware from charity shops (the cutlery is bought new). We use environmentally friendly suppliers. Our rollette bottles are glass. Any glues we use are non toxic and vegan. Wherever possible we use cellulose (from virgin wood pulp) free glues, inks, etc. Find out more here.

We only use environmentally friendly, vegan, cruelty free packaging. We make sure that: All the boxes we use are 100% recycled and biodegradable. The packing tape we use is 100% recycled and biodegradable, with vegan, non toxic glue.. All the protective packing we use is 100% recycled and biodegradable. All the envelopes we use are 100% recycled, or from non-tree sustainable plant sources, and biodegradable. Our chocolate and sweets are packed in food grade biodegradable, compostable NatureFlex™. The foil wrapping for our chocolate is made from recycled aluminium and is recyclable, made by If You Care. All cord we use is biodegradable cotton and either recycled or organic. The tissue paper we use is 100% recycled and biodegradable. All our labels are 100% recycled and biodegradable (and the sticky ones have vegan, non toxic glue). We also re-use packaging that has been sent to us instead of throwing it away (only where clean and hygienic), so if you find any plastic in your package this is why.

All the ingredients we use to make our food products are certified organic at source. All the ingredients we use to make our Inspirited Aromatherapy blends are certified organic, food grade at source (for external use only).

We source our materials from businesses who are clear about their social and environmental responsibilities, support small suppliers as much as possible, and aim is to create positive social change by creating Heart Spaces. Where suppliers are not clear, we enquire what their policies are. The planet, and all life on it, is sacred to us. You can find who we buy from here. We also make sure that: All silicone paper we use in our kitchen is biodegradable, made by If You Care. All the sanitary, cleaning and food preparation products we use are vegan, cruelty free and environmentally friendly. We use natural, renewable materials wherever possible. We use fair-trade wherever we can. We only use 100% green energy. All food ingredients, essential oils, herbs and topical oils are certified organic, food grade at source. All our food preparation bowls and bake wear are either glass, ceramic, stainless steel or vitreous enamelled.

All the nuts and seeds we use in our Vibe Chocolate, cafe goodies and Soul Sweets are activated. The process known as 'Activation' is where nuts or seeds are soaked for a specific amount of time and then dried again. The soaking awakens the dormant nut or seed and starts its germination, decreasing its protective anti nutrients, making them easier to digest. We either buy already activated nuts and seeds from Raw Living or activate them ourselves using the following method: They are soaked in filtered water (the Epic water filter we use removes chlorine, fluoride and most other chemicals and nasties) with a small amount of organically approved sea salt. They are then rinsed and dried at low temperatures, some are kept raw and others are dried in an oven on low settings. Those that are Raw (uncooked & minimally processed at low temperatures to retain goodness) are indicated with a ٭ in the ingredients list.

About Our Cacao We use Pacari cacao paste which is considered to be a virgin ceremonial grade. This means it is raw, has an extremely pure vibe and has been loved and cared for in all the stages its been through, from tree to paste. It is so pure it's suitable to be used in spiritual cacao ceremonies. Pacari source their beans, native organic certified varieties of Theobroma Cacao (Arriba Nacional), from small farmers whose trees are within the Amazon rainforest (not monoculture plantations) and all are grown in Ecuador. All the cacao we use to make our chocolate has been minimally processed at temperatures of 42°C or below, to help maintain more of the antioxidants and complex flavours of the natural cacao bean.

Raw cacao is regarded as a superfood, it contains important nutrients including vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B9 and E, essential fats, protein, fibre, magnesium, iron and manganese. It also contains flavonoids, with antioxidant properties, that are said to protect against cell damaged caused by free-radicals. Among other benefits, cacao is understood to; lower blood pressure, improve circulation, promote cardiovascular function and health, keep energy levels high, and improve physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing.
